It's only in the US and Europe where blacks are treated as a whole different community so it's seen as weird to call blacks "blacks". In Colombia, Venezuela, Cuba, Ecuador, DR and PR you can refer to a black man you who's your friend as "My Black" or "Mi negro" even if you're not black yourself (imagine doing that in any low income black neighborhood in the US 
). You can also call a Chinese "Chinese".
There's not BLM in those countries cause they don't need them, blacks, whites and mixed are one of the same and there aren't black neighborhoods or black communities cause everyone can coexist with each other without some out of nowhere racist attack where normies record with their iphones to post them on social media to go viral.
It proves how bad blacks are still seen in the US and Europe where you still need anti racism days and communities just to try to make it seem as blacks coexist with the rest of the population or are not discriminated.
