See, a penis size is fluid. It fluctuates. In the summer months, it becomes longer but also thinner. In the winter months, it becomes shorter but also thicker. The erect size will stay the same, or will be less if your erection quality is bad. For me, my summer size when flaccid is between 4" and 5", in the winter it's 3". Non-bone-pressed, that is.
