I thought that hair transplant was like 1000 grafts or something but NO they used 4130 imagine using using 4k grafts to sligtly improve corners and lower hairline a bit other shitty results

Meanwhile in the other clinic they use 3600 grafts to cover almost whole scalp jfl

Skull shape seems to determine how far high volume HTs succeed.

Need a good base as always. Egg heads get less bang for buck, Hairline Lowering might be better, just its so damn expensive.
