In halflings, while the males are manlet incels, the females are considered cute and petite and can bank on male pedos of all other races. First of all, femcels do exist. Otherwise, the crazy cat lady stereotype would not have been a thing. Secondly, female halflings look very childlike but with tits. Thirdly, I never met a female minor that was my height.
