I made a post a while ago regarding how ritalin suppressed my appetite and how I was already down 3 kilos in 2 weeks
(im 6'0.5 with a fully decompressed spine for those wondering)
since then: a fifth the hair on my head fell off, nasiolabial folds tripled in prominence, and my subhuman garbage bones revealed themselves jfl
vitamin deficiencies and my DHT miniaturization nuked my hair
my frame makes gandy's frame look like kylie jenner's jfl, brutal hip pill
14.5 inch wide lower hip + 13 inch wide upper hip + 10 inch wide waistline (stacy tier frame brutal)
my wrists are 6.5 and 7 inches brutal
brutal 7.3 inch long hands too, brutal hand pill wrist pill hip pill
ill hop on rad or test, and try and balance out my frame jfl (my bidelts like 19 inches so ill try widening that)
norwood 2.5 + crown thinning at age 18 too (im on fin)
moral of the story: if you have shit bones and frame, you will end up an aged boneless twink if you cut a bunch of weight
face looks better overall cuz obviously lean is law, but my lack of bones in my midface/upper maxilla/orbital region and narrow lower third revealed itself to me during this time
mumbai asylum ramblings aside, if you have ADHD diagnosed, try running those meds as they can likely help with appetite control (dopamine receptors or smth)
TL;DR: I lost 55 pounds due to ritalin appetite suppression since march 15th of this year, and 95% of it was in the first 4 months, which nuked my health and collagen, and revealed my subhuman bones
