my bone age is 16.5 and the doctors estimate i have like 6 cm more of growth, right now, i want to prolong the growth plates for as long as i can, so would adding an naaas help? and should there be a low dose of test alongside, or none at all.

No test or NAAS, both increase IGF-1 expression and will fuse your shit faster. No matter the AAS compound whether you paired it with an estrogen degrader, an AI, or using NAAS it will lead to faster bone maturation.
