In the past I have quitted both subutex n klonopin COLD TURKEY at same time

It was late 2020 to middle 2021 . 6 month period

During those 6 months i consumed on a daily basis both
- between 4 - 6 mg Buprenorphine (subutex , a opiate which is 40 Times more potent than morphine)

And

- 2mg clonazepam per day

And then I quit cause i was forced to because of some circumstances, catched a Police fine 500 dollars for one pill of subutex etc.

After quitting I had cramps n stiffness in my legs , hands shaking cause anxiety , felt emotionally very sad n depressive for the first 3 weeks then I gradually felt normal after 1 month or so

OH and insomnia the 1 st week only got a few hours sleep a night due to benzo withdrawls (possibly also because of opiate withdrawls)

Subutex is a strong opiate . Make sure you can afford to maintain a daily habit if you start. If you quit or take a break from subutex then dont do it cold turkey like I did but do it gradually slowly taper off the dosage.

Also Always have milder opioids like kratom/tramadol or benzos like clonazepam/valium at hand in case you happen to be in a subutex withdrawal period , having those milder stuff will make the withdrawals easier.
