Go to a maxfac for rhino + paranasal. Maybe he will suggest something else and in that case take it into account. After that you do the rest of the procedures in whatever order

Your starting base is too flawes : getting all surgeries under the sun won’t change the harsh reality.

Sure you could benefit from a rhino but it’s not you’re going to turn into a kpop megastar lookalike after that.
