In which areas are fillers competitive with implants in your opinion?

Just wanted to hear all of your guys' opinions on this, it's a topic I've been thinking about for a bit now.

This is assuming the case isn't severe, just the correction of a minor or moderate flaw. It's safe to say implants (or osteotomies in some areas like the chin) are better when the amount of change needed is massive

Areas I can think of to compare:

Jaw Width
Jaw Angle
Chin width, projection and height
Lateral Cheekbones
Anterior Cheekbones
Under eyes
Temples

And of course fillers and implants have their own downsides and upsides when it comes to longevity, complications, cost etc. but in this case I'm asking strictly of the aesthetic outcome

From what ive seen for jaw width, fillers mog implants to oblivion. Most of the before and afters ive looked at for jaw implants the result is either underwhelming or uncanny.
Theres this guy on insta elim.doc who ascended his lower third hard with fillers (in gonions and chin) and claims no migration after 5 years but idk how true that is since im not very well informed on the filler migration debate, but you're welcome to have a look and make a judgement for yourself:

Yeah you’re right, I originally wrote “he ascended” but edited it to say he ascended his lower third, cus I noticed the eyes and the nose are diff too.
Didn’t know he had been on this forum before tho, was he trynna funnel ppl into a shitty paid program or smth?

He obviously got trimax and is now larping that fillers ascended him.

I bet you can find this goon's before and afters on some Spanish surgeon's instagram. In fact I believe I did but I can't recall which one exactly.

Tbf, I did think his mandible looked longer in the after pics (to the point where the addition of chin filler wouldnt be able to make it that long) but i brushed it off because i was trynna highlight the added jaw width.

If he got trimax then fair enough, thats my bad.
But my point still stands, i still think he did get filler in the gonions and filler still mogs implants for adding width to the jaw which was the main point i was trying to put forward.
