almost all "good" bimax results are because a good base was given its potential and lucky with soft tissue redistribution and any movement above what they got wouldn't have made any more difference

Ofc WTF, he didn't need bimax at all. He looks like his species average IQ afterwards. Bimax rarely ascends hard anyways, except for sfscel or clinically deformed peoples who get huge movements.

You could have two subhumans with the exact same jaw issue and the surgeon make the exact same movement and one end up LTN and one end up Chad because the first person simply didn't have Chad potential and the second one did. The surgeon should be credited with unlocking the full potential but not with the potential itself. They're not creating a face the way a rhinoplasty surgeon is basically creating a nose. It also depends on how deformed the person looks to begin with.

Okay I understand what you are trying to say but that was not my question. However I know there a lot of npcs that just look at some Bimax results and say ohh that looks ugly and uncanny but the surgeon did everything he could to unlock their full potential lol

Its just to say that debating which bimax surgeons are "better" are pointless. like a bimax surgeon who would only accept patients with good eye areas would be declared a modern day Leonardo da vinci because his results are good


It's really just a few boxes you need to check--

do they do ccw/cw if you need it
do they do jaw widening if you need it
do they listen to your aesthetic concerns

it will never get even near of unlocking someone "full potential" a recessed face (99% of faces) will forever have multiple recession syntomps
