the frist photo (shirtless) was taken today, the 2nd being 6.5 months ago. I workout consistently 6x/week, 8-10 hours sleep, 870ng/dL, I hit full rom, progressively overload, and I do optimal workouts.
I see no progress and I don’t think its body dysmorphia.
I’ve considered sarms but my only worry is messing my puberty up early.
any tips or ideas?
also the 3rd and 4th photo are my actual face. if you rate can you add detail to why?
