Talking to someone on the phone for hours, me and my female housemates do that, pathetic af but I can't stop. Any therapy for this?

Only did this with my mom but that's only because i wasn't in the same house as her

I had even fasted 4 days with only water and retain semen trying to break free from mental jail. I try to imitate the Buddha path seeing him achieved enlightenment. I remember I fell down in public because of the fasting and low electrolyte but I managed to pull myself up and keep walking. I felt so euphoric when water fasting and semen retention and no social medias.
Maybe next time I can try to supplement electrolytes while doing it.
