Most monkeys look the same provided they're the same species as each other.
Same with basically any other animal.
The reason why we don't all look similar, is because our ancestors fucked our genetics by interbreeding with each other for multiple generations.
Everybody did this, and they did for a long time, not just royal families. It's the reason why all of the Middle East and India has big ass noses, it's because of a deformity that resulted from interbreeding, and eventually just became a staple of that race.

Humanity should stop seeing eugenics as a nazi practice and instead incorporate it into modern medicine for the betterment of the human genome and the general happiness of our species as a whole.
