Move? He suffocated
well too bad, maybe if he had a brain he’d be alive still. “Hey watch me lift 50 tons without backup alone in a room with no one else!”

His problem was he was doing what a lot of these retard Zoomer teens are doing lately, which is emulating the pro or amateur powerlifters in using the arched back technique, which is used for lifting extremely heavy weight relative to your strength levels for 1-5 reps.

1695855507099

If he hadn't arched the back like that, obviously it wouldn't have landed on his neck and rather he could have rested it on his chest and then either tilted the barbell to the side with the plates falling off or rolled it forward to his waist and sat up. The latter is what I do when I fail a 5 rep set of an extremely heavy press.

Using this arched back technique to press incredibly heavy weight relative to what your strength level is is retarded and egotical.

You are not a powerlifter and powerlifters have spotters when they do this, you absolute imbecile. One thing about these nerdy incels is they lack practical thinking, despite most likely being above average or upper average IQ.

What social anxiety and bad technique does to a motherfucker.

I've failed bench press many times, I would rest the barbell on my chest and scream for help, people would come to help me.

But you don't always have people around.
When I was alone, I would rest the barbell on my chest and roll it towards my legs. It hurts and will leave you with bruises all over your front, but you save yourself. This is only a valid technique for like <140kg though. Else your stomache/body/ribs can't handle it anymore. But this guy is only lifting 100kg so it's still possible.

Honestly though, the best way to get out of this situation is to never put the clips on when you are benching without spotter. In that case you can lower the barbell on one side and let the weights slide off, and then the barbell will flip to the other side. And all the weight is gone.

That's what I do when I lift nowadays since I never have a spotter. Don't put the clips on, if shit goes bad I will lower he barbell on one side and let the weight slide off.

Not suprised people get killed this way in random freak accidents though, extremely rare though. Brutal.

Apparently it was actually 120kg, so probably quite hard to roll it off tbh. Anything over 100kg, you should have a spotter or a safety rack.

I've never rolled 120kg off. I've failed a 95kg and rolled it down. It was rough and painful, but manageable.

Safety rack is the best, otherwise go no-clip and dump the plates to one side when shit goes bad is a way to do it.

I only ever failed 60kg when I first started out and luckily someone helped me.

The only other time I came close was when I was doing a set with 90kg and on my last rep, my triceps were giving out but I managed eventually.

I don’t use clips and never have tbh, I don’t really get their purpose unless you can’t balance the bar at all.

Oh yeah, you're really gonna curl that!

Dumbass. There should be a guy on each side of bar, ready to hold the bar up together.

Instead you've got one man, trying to do what if he fails? CURL IT?! Hahahaha. Of course he was gonna move away. ZERO chance that is curled for even a split second.

Basic shit man. This is FUNDAMENTAL stuff that in the 2000s and 2010s would never have been skipped on.

How are people in Eastern Asia flopping on this? I thought the chinks were supposed be higher on mother fucking average IQ?!

BLOODY HELL BRUV! Ediats. Fucking makes me mad.

When my grandfather was living, he was the pastor of a church. And at his church were these members who had someone in their family who had been killed doing a bench press. The barbell fell on his throat. They had his funeral at the church

He was 33. Older than me.

He's a fucking idiot.

Makes it even worse.

If you grew up from 11 with social media in your phones and tablets then I can at least show some compassion.

But this is not that guy. This guy is just a wolly.

Woah shit that's a fucking way to go. Blunt guillotine.
If there were people in the house (unlikely, incel) his larynx is crushed and cannot scream or breathe.
It doesn't just close his airways but his jugular and carotid vessels, so there's no oxygen getting to his brain at all. Then he falls unconscious and dies shortly after.
It's like a stragulation from God. He knows it's over for you.

Just lol at gooks, utterly subhuman

If you're maxxing out barbell bench just get a spotter otherwise stick to dumbell or machine or weights you can handle (bro looked like he had 0.1% of that rep), like its so fucking simple. or fucking hell, at the very least keep the clips off. this fucking guy did everything he could have possibly done wrong, wrong. puts on a fucking belt for benching but sets up the absolute most dangerous bench possible otherwise. hard to feel sympathy.
