All other ethnicities cannot be incels because either their foids have low sexual market value leaving less competition for said foids (curriy foids, goblinas) or have arranged marriage/strict parental culture (middle easterners/asians). Sheboons don't count because they don't accept anything manlet or less than BBC/BWC.
