daily topically: vitamin d3 oil, vitamin E oil
daily orally: thyroid t3/t4 combo product called cynoplus, vitamin k2 mk4, aspirin, clondine,
occasionally: i'll take creatine, taurine, bicarbonate, ltheanine, cyproheptadine, diphenhydramine, methylene blue, zinc/copper, k2 mk7, pqq+ubiquinol, magnesium, cascara sagandra, & random b-vitamins pure powders i.e. b1 500mg b3 100mg, b7 500mcg etc.
food "supplements": gelatin, cocoa, coffee, carrot, coconut oil, cooked mushrooms, liver, oysters, egg yolk, milk, icecream, salt
other: blue light blocking glasses, incandescent 250watt chicken lamps
lifestyle: circadian morning walk, rotational/primal movement, no shoes, unemployment, j-core
currently testing/will test: lidocaine, tadalafil, digestive enzymes, pregnenolone, bromantane, tudca, LDN, inotisol, losartan, vitamin A, boron, molydbenum, Minocycline, Tetracycline, Metergoline, Selegiline, Amantadine, Acetazolamide, phosphatidylcholin, betaine, Nattokinase, Bromelain, DAO, Berberine, cirtrus bergamot, lactoferrin
have tried but dont currently take/rotate in: DNP, glycine, t3, progesterone, dhea, dht, androsterone, Inosine, Caffeine, Flowers of sulfur, bamboo shoots, Bromocriptine, Tamoxifen, Exemestane, phenibut, kratom, mastic gum, s-bourlardii, doxycycline, b-complex, potassium bicarbonate, magnesium bicarbonate, propranolol, nicotine.
