What is the best way to fix this stuff I have a super recessed maxilla I look so fucking ugly.

So my problem is canthal tilt and maxilla and lips, i know i cant fix lips should i do chin tucks for maxilla with the thumbs what should i do for maxilla?

Wrong measurements, the points that re obviously wrong is inner and outer cantus,bizygomatic width,chin height,jaw width,nose tip width,midface fwhr
