I think he should receive the death sentence in this case. He is a waste of resources and life. I watched the videos of what he did. I genuinely felt sick from what I saw.

Seed oils are extremely bad for you but I'm not sure if they make you quite literally mentally ill, sure they cause inflammation and ruin your looks, but I don't think they'll make you schizo.

However grains on the other hand, grains do alter your brain in a way that could definitely cause mental issues long term. Schizophrenia back in the day was called bread madness.

Yes, that's the guy. Apparelently he also had many many pages of texts where he described his plans to bomb places, but his family got in the way i guess. Many poles are saying a death sentence is only fit for twisted shit like this, and i agree. This guy is unredeemable.

He also had fun with the victims. I haven't seen the videos (and i don't want to), but from what i read, he used multiple weapons to repeatedly stab them and made sure they were alive for all of it.
