This is very legit.
One of the major incel traits is to not have "presence" unlike other people do.
For example everyone knows when I move arond, it's like a tank, you can hear me comming from 10 miles away.
One part of it is that incels are walking fast trying to pass by people on the street. It is easier to jump scare people walking like that, and when you combine fast walking with silence of being the introverted beta bitchboy it is very easy to jump scare people.
You should walk slowly, like you own the place.
