Someone will download 10gbs of resources on writing from the best minds in the business, and people painstakingly breaking down the technicals of great literary works.... but this person will never actually just start writing themselves. "I'm a writer" "oh really what do you write about?" "well... i mean i'm going to be a writer" uh okay faggot, good luck with that.

Someone wants to get into sales, reads every book on persuasion, watches 30 hours of seminars and youtube videos from sales gurus and then "how do i make money in this?" Think about how many fucking guys on various bodybuilding forums have thousands of pubmed factoids committed to memory for winning random nerd arguments on the internet, but 10 years later are still skinny-fat and unremarkable looking because they never stick to a program for more than 2 weeks, can't diet without taking unwarranted breaks and "resets", take months off from the gym for absolutely no reason.
