I remember back in the olden days (boomer) I'd get an occasional female adding me on facebook. It was a kind of 'soft' approach by a woman.
That's not happened in years and years, but I know for certain all women of all ages get random men messaging them and adding them.

Fast forward to 2020, women are vastly flooded with attention from a multitude of platforms online.

A couple of my female friends have named and shamed them publicly on their pages, screenshotting cringy messages from men.
