I finally lost enough weight that seeing a picture of my bloated self doesn't spike my cortisol. So I decided to record and see how I look in motion.
Turns out I mostly move my bottom lip while the upper lip stays in place, and it looks absolutely disgusting, like my face is melting off. It reminded me of this incel:

Not good but not that terrible either. You lost some bone mass for sure by removing 4 teeth.
