I suspect atleast 80% of conversations I have are in my own head, I can literally hear my own voice in my head

I also just spend a lot of time contemplating things in general

I do that. It helped me straighten out my thinking. I became more articulate because of it. Though it harmed me somewhat because I always live in my imagination, which is counterproductive.
