If you cannot pull your foreskin back or, retroactively, cannot put it back on, then you're cursed and your genes are telling you that you're quite literally unfit to procreate with women. Do people with phimosis have sex even? I'd kill myself with all the friction ruining my foreskin and hurting it into a state of numbness. If you have phimosis purchase steroid cream ASAP and don't cut it

I thought I had phimosis when I was 12 years old because it hurt when I pulled it and I was scared that it'd rip, and that paranoia led me into researching more and more about the illness. Turns out it was just swollen and it could be pulled alright
 
Think it’s caused by not cleaning your foreskin idk

After that experience I stretch my foreskin daily tbh. There was also one time when I was 15 when I got an erection and the foreskin didn't get back on and I thought I had paraphimosis. I went out of my mind trying to look for solutions. After a while I just squeezed lightly and it went back

There are silicone rings you can buy to stretch it, called Phimocure iirc

Luckily my girth is 11 inches though so I don't suffer from this
