I googled it and found nothing about healthiness.

If you roid you will get daughters.

And otherwise its determened by you genes, so if you have many brothers you will more likely get sons, if you have more sisters you are more likely to get daughters

that says nothing about the causation and why someone would have more or less brothers or sisters and moreover the genes that affect this could have some relation to hormonal profile
