Notice how lot of incels in denial are asking stuf flike how to increase T-levels, how to increase dick size, how to increase libido, how to last longer in bed etc., despite not having a gf? They always read "men" centered stuff like Men's Health, bodybuilding.com, men-provement etc and they think that doing so puts them above the rest of men, that they are "redpilled" and alpha lmao. Because they think that they discovered weight lifting and protein powders, Im sure noone has done those things before.

And almost always these guys, their only interactions are with their own kind. You will never see them with a woman or not even normies, noone takes them seriously. You will usually find them lifting in the gym cuz they are "bros" and check out instagram girls in between sets because they read that looking at semi nude girls boosts testosterone. They are so insecure and their mascualinity is so fragile, they will do anything to boost their t levels, except for injecting ofc cuz they are too high inhib for that.

as long as ur diet is healthy, ur getting at least 8 hours of sleep, and working out constantly you should never have to worry about ur T levels
