The way I see it there are 7 tiers that all men fall into:

Gigachads: Basically chads with superior social status. This is what all women want. Gigachads can get literally any woman they want.

Chads: The go to choice for most women. Chads will get laid fairly easily with all but the most high value women.

Chadlites: Enjoy so so success with women and will get laid every now and then. Not women's first choice but they will use them as a chad subsitute sometimes if there is no chad around.

Descended chadlites: Men who use to have so so success with women at some point, but because of rising standards can't compete with chads anymore and thus no longer get any pussy.

Semi-incels: Men who aren't technically virgins but almost never get laid except only very rarely, or as a betabucks and even then their sex life will be mediocre or terrible in most cases.

Incels: Men who might have gotten laid perhaps once or twice in their entire lives but otherwise have had no sexual sucess at all and aren't considered worthy of being even a betabucks.

Truecel: Men who have literally never gotten laid even once in their entire lives. Note that this includes men who have dated but not gotten laid during their relationships.
