i don't rly think so. the more time goes by the more i realize how much of this shit is psychological. like many others, this web site has both true useful information and then a rabbit hole that can make your level of retardation worse. what amazes me is not only my own level of retardation but also how in the process of blending into humanity and society you do in fact become retarded and then regret ever caving to social pressure in the first place tbh.
