Anyway, this will give Canadian law-enforcement a lot of power to surveil and possibly detain people who post to incel forums or express incel ideology, even if they have never advocated violence. Canada could also make an arrest for advocating or promoting terrorists offenses in general (under C-51) or order the removal or "terrorist propaganda" from the internet.

I recommend trying to get C-51 repealed if you live in Canada. Since nobody will have sympathy for incels, one effective tactic would be to emphasize the racial profiling aspect of anti-terrorism efforts.
