I usually don't care most of the time. I'm so used to being ignored by females that I don't register them as being important when I analyze my environment (work, grocery haul, gym...). I foster no hatred though.

But if I see a woman that provokes a strong reaction in me, I just hit the weights harder. Using that unspent energy at the gym fuels my workouts. Of course, I get angry and bitter as well but I try to turn that negative energy into motivation.
