I recommend the Apple Vision Pro headset - it's a VR headset, it has multiple cameras, so you can keep it on your head while seeing on the inside screen what happens around you, and it has an LCD screen outside that can show your eyes, or you can even put a 3D generated eye area that will make you look better than you actually are.
