Life just isn't hard enough

I keep farting but my tummy still hurts. I sit lying against my back to lessen the suffering but it is far too much. I walked to the bathroom in the hopes that I could ship the pain away, clearly I'm helpless. This is a helpless case. I can't poop, and I can't sleep, my tummy hurts. There are heaps, literal heaps upon heaps, of human feces rolling inside my stomach, and I can't shake the feeling that it'll stay that way for way long. I'm a cripple, left alone to die dehydrated, not even able to have one last decent poop. Goodbye world.
