It's supposed to give ccw rotation. Results likely will be very slow though unless you're 12

Yeah some people claimed results but dont.

Even one guy on here, cant remember the tag, he promoted it and later said it gave him jaw troubles. Also you can get chipped teeth and fucked up jaw
