temporarily, yes. Permanently, no. I've been incisor chewing for 2 hrs a day and while the teeth to stick out a bit more during the day, sleeping and moving chewing time to make the break larger fixes it and the teeth return. I doubt you can permanently move your teeth and keep them there with chewing
