Yea. I always use to hit seated incline, but my new gym has horrible benches to set it up, so i went for the dbs

Yea. I always use to hit seated incline, but my new gym has horrible benches to set it up, so i went for the dbs
if u feel ur shoulder more than ur upper chest then maybe ur elbows are flared or the bench is way too inclined,or both.
or maybe u just have weak shoulders

Nah, my shoulder was just acting up that day and being a gangster I decided to thugg it out

Stupid mindset. I used to think like this when younger and got injuries from it, one of which needed surgery and was never fully right after. Just stick to weights you can actually control and use good form with and get 8-15 reps with. Anymore I use a lot more caution and don't ego lift

Muscle burn is normal for weight training but the second you feel it in your JOINTS, you stop and reevaluate your choices. If you feel joint pain you are causing damage, not training muscles

Just use a little more caution. Risking injuries over ego and trying to impress people isn't worth it. You only get one body and when you damage it, you can't just change out the broken parts like a car and have it be as good as new.

If an injury is bad enough to need surgery, there's a good chance it's never gonna be right again and you'll be limited heavily for a while after surgery
