You won't build noticeable upper chest definition at all natty, its almost impossible. Look at all natties, non of them have upper chest definition

u don't wanna overpower ur lower pecs tho. upper pecs should be much more prominent
How can you overpower them? Look at natty bodybuilders, almost non of them has a defined upper chess, that area is just very hard to hut properly, it doesn't grow much, it only gets big significantly with roids

This is peak natty potential, notice how he barely has definition on his upper chest? Keep in mind this is peak natty, probably 4 years lifting

I would say around 13 but i am now leanbulking till december
Im 17% now and my goal is reaching 9-10% by September. Then im going to lean bulk from there

Just have at least one incline movement and one flat. Flat BB, incline DB. Incline BB, flat DB etc. Decline BB is good also although I don't rate decline DB at all. I prefer the smith machine for incline press actually
