Including tren

I’m currently on 300 mg of test. I’m planning to lower the test to 100 mg and adding 200 mg of masteron. I’m also thinking about microdosing tren but I was wondering if that would give me acne and other side effects because it’s only a microdose.
Also I’m only on 600 mg nac 2x a day for ancallaries and has never got bloodworks.
Will I need more ancallaries and more things to think about as this is only a microdose
