Most of yall aren't seeing results, here's why

Lets take a look into a sub 5 life

You wake up on a saturday morning. You look in the mirror and feel shit about yourself.

"Why do I look so ugly and bad"

You scroll on tiktok brainlessly for hours and suddenly you're motivated because of an ascension you saw. You decide to look into locking in again and you gain motivation to look better (this is the 50th time you have hit this realization). The next day you go to the gym, all motivated, perfectly completing all your sets and hit 1 hour of cardio at the end. You drink 4 liters of waters throughout the day and cut all junkfood and sugar. You go to sleep at a reasonable time and wake up after 8 hours of well deserved sleep.

And then you wake up.

Ugh I'm so tired. I dont wanna make breakfast either. It's fine if I just miss it one time, I can compensate with a meal later

And then the day passes. It's 9 pm. You haven't gotten any physical activity. You slowly went back to your bad habits. You lost every single ounce of motivation to look better, and you crawl back into that depressive life of yours. The cycle continues, and in the end no progress is made.

So what do we learn from this?

MOTIVATION IS COPE

Now, lets compare this to a GIGACHAD's life

He wakes up knowing exactly what to do, because he thought this entire day through the night before. He goes to the bathroom, immensely proud of his dedication and hard work. He cooks up an absolutely majestic breakfast in under 15 mins and gets half of his daily nutrients in. He doesnt feel any sort of struggle or dismotivation because he's used to it. He heads to the gym walking, enjoys the beautiful sunlight while his stomache is only lightly full, and hits an incredible gym session ending with some light cardio. He gets all of his daily nutrition intake, his food is as clean as can be, and he's happy throughout it. He enjoys his hobbies, spends time with his friends and family, works on whats important, and is spending his entire day building his feature. He goes to sleep absolutely SATISFIED, and wakes up knowing exactly what awaits him the next day.

The night passes, and his life continues as he improves.

Moral of the story:
CONSISTENCY IS THE ONLY THING THAT CHANGES YOUR LIFE

You can look like a sub 5, but that doesn't mean you should live the life of a sub 5. If you want results, be consistent
