My orbital fat & lower eyelid droopiness varies drastically from day to day despite my habits being the same. On a bad day i have slight scleral show, severe UEE, and dark circles while on a good day i have very aesthetic eyes with ideal lower eyelid contour, slightly more UEE than chico, and no dark circles

Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it? Could it be my sleeping posture?

There is none, maybe just train the muscles around the eyes or explain a doctor your concern

it basically fixed for me, my 'bad days' are few and far between now.
here are the things ive changed about my lifestyle past couple months, not sure what did it in particular:

i swapped from carnivore diet to balanced diet excluding non-root vegetables
i gained a few pounds of fat (& muscle)
started working out full body to failure every other day
started low dose tretinoin cream 0.025% every other day (doubt this was the reason it fixed)
started consistently mouth-taping at night with no upper retainer, i feel well rested every time i sleep
started some supplements: multivitamin, omega3, vitamin d3+k2 (with foods that have fat), magnesium glycinate (before sleep)
overall im happier because i have more purpose through my work, i never find myself bored or miserable
