Inconsistent with new habits

Every time I start new good habits I do them for some days / weeks and then I abandon them and pick them back up for me it's like skincare or gym

just think about motivational shit and understand that you just need to be disciplined for the ascension to work. if you dont stick to it you cant ascend and all the work is for nothing
 
i understand your struggle. you can do some introspection on why exactly you aren’t doing them. lazy? loss of motivation? no funds? etc. then if you really believe you can solve those minor problems, then you can go from there. push yourself
 
this is probs ur taking on too much at once. i had this issue when i started looksmaxxing originally and went from ldar-ing to a skincare routine, perfect wholefood diet, 30 min of cardio a day and gym 5x a week, supplement stack n it fell apart each time

start slow and use like a to do list app
