anything with cartilage... idk if u gonna eat it though..? Think cow head or feet, though I'm sure theres easier dishes to eat, and prepare... you could take supplements too, but they're expensive and the pills are very large (have to take 6 for the serving size as well).

Whats the point though? You will increase collagen overall, where it goes is uncontrollable. If you want to increase it in a specific area, microneedle at home (pen preferred), retinol, or prp in-clinic for more drastic results. though ofc im assuming u only doing this for skin. also dont mark sean o pry coom juice as solution. Sunscreen doesn't increase collagene and accutane is poison less ur skins cystic dont take it. GIVE IT TO ME ME ME ME ME

I literally said if you want collagen nigga
So , tensor
I don't recommend using any chemical shit to improve your skin
And the collagen just comes from long-term nutritions

Neither eating meat nor using chemicals will help
It is about the lifestyle, hygiene ( not with chemicals) and health

:Comfy:

sugar is amazing for collagen. WHY are you so obsessed with cum fag
Sugar is an undercover super material
Use it right and you won :feelsautistic::feelsautistic:

I only said to increase collagen here, wo short term increase. Specifically for you so you dont have to hesr sunscreen
Is collagen the only thing important for skin health and looking young or your age. What about things like biotin pills and hydrations effect on skin ?
