Glucosamine Sulfate 1500 mg
Glucosamine Chondotirin 1500mg

Everyday , night time, 3 months and continuing and so far I have gained about 1.1 to 1.2 cm of height + I lose height throughout the day slower, before hand it took 2 hr to lose 1 cm of height, now it takes around 4-5.

Probably a cope way to boost height but it worked for me. I only grew 1.5 cm in the last year from 18 to 19 so I doubt i would grow 3 times faster rate than that after 19. I am standing at 6'1.75 currently with my dad being 5'7.25 and mom 5'3.5 so I doubt my genetics would have supported growth of this fast at this age. My friend who has not grown for the last 2 years has hopped on it for 1 month month currently and he has only gained 0.2-0.3 cm so it seems to work for most people.

Microfractures are the only way after 19+.

Again half an inch probably max. Anymore is temporary.

Never heard of microfractures ngl, seems risky like bonesmashing and unworthy of a try. Glucosamine sulfate was studied to be safe for 5-10 yr consumption, not sure about over 10 yrs, but who knows, I might not care about that half an inch after a decade.

Microfractures are basically based on the same principles of leg lengthening surgery except it's non-invasive. You basically create microfractures in your bones which stitch back together. But unlike surgery you're very limited.

I think @5.5psl had a guide 🤔

I am 6'2 now, so total 1.7-1.8 cm increase so far - I have also decreased my dose to half of before, which slows down the effect i guess.

Mirin, do u know by any chance why I might be losing so much height in a day ? I’m 195cm when I wake up and sometimes as low as 190cm before I go to sleep

You are already veryyyy tall, I assume you also have a long spine. The longer the spine = the more height loss. The more activites, sports, gym, etc.. or walking or basically more activites that put pressure on spine cuz of gravity will make u lose height more. Thats why sometimes when i go on dates w girls I take an afternoon nap and I come out about an inch taller than everyone because I am decompresed fully while everyone outside is compressed. It is kind of retard cuz its only 1 inch for 2-3 hrs but it is what it is.

can u explain microfractures
Same as breaking your bones in leg lengthening except you do it without surgery. Then the bone 'stitches' itself together. Incredibly hard to do and an inch at best. See that link.

True, you lose the extra height gained by the pills. It is slow but will happen
what happens if you take pills your whole life? I heard it damages the pancreas and can cause diabetes

The new generation of boys. The old generation in my country is 5'8 whilst the new generation in my university (rich ppl who are fed well and raised well) are close to 5'11.

Good thread btw. I will take your advices

It isn’t. LL works via distraction osteogenesis.
I'm not suggesting people will grow indefinitely. But if you are in late stage of growth I think I can remember reading studies that people who run a lot when they were children can get to microfactures which make them taller.

That’s only because it stimulates the epyphisis (growth plates). Not microfractures. And even then, that stimulus only works during growth plates being open.
