First lets do push day before and after

Also this is like the most science based workout ever if ur newbie just message me I will send u the whole split and save u the countless hours of research, might do a whole ass thread if there will be enough reps



Tricep pushdown before 60kg 5x (full stack + gympin 5kg)
Tricep pushdown now 60kg 7x (huge fucking difference)
Peck deck before 62kg 5x
Peck deck now 62kg 6x
Shoulder press machine before 92kg 9x (fullstack v:)
Shoulder press machine now 92kg 12x fucking crazyyyy

Now pull day before and after


Lat pulldown before 100kg 6x
Lat pulldown after 100kg 7x (did just one set because I just wanted to see the difference I like weighted pullups more)
Weighted pullups before +20kg 6x
Weighted pullups after +20kg 8x (damn)
Standing T bar row before 40kg 8x
Standing T bar row after 40kg many more times I literally forgot to count how easy it was
Bayesian curls before 35kg 5x
Bayesian curls after 35kg 8x (again just damn)
Standing facepulls before 50kg 8x
Standing facepulls after 50kg 8x (probably only thing with no difference)
Weird version of hammer curls idk the name before 17,5kg 6x
Hammer curls after 17,5kg 7x
Rows before 90kg 7x
Rows after 90kg 8x

Also this lisnt isnt in order, make sure to do a combination of
#1 heavy compound lifts at the start
While
#2 switch between back and biceps so they recover better (for example do 2 back exercises then 1 biceps) dont do 5 back exercises and then 2 biceps





In the push day it was just one exercise per muscle group, I wont list everything since again im lazy fuck but the combination of gear and placebo is really working :lul::lul:
 
i mean yeah bro steroids make you stronger

but for me i remember i hopped on during a cut when my hormones were crashed from the calorie deficit, so having the surge in test brought me back to my strength right before cutting. the lift increases werent minor either many lifts went up 10-30% idk if it was placebo or if simply having higher levels allows you to push harder

2 shoulder exercises
2 tricep exercises
Only that way you hit all the muscles

Pull day
Back 3-4 exercises
Bicep 1 exercise
Brachialis/brachioradialis 1 exercise

I dont see what you are on about, maybe you train like a retard and dont understand it but this is as optimal as it gets
