Increasing appetite

I’m 15, 5’8 and 130lbs I think I have an eating disorder I don’t feel hunger and I hate eating and I eat like 1200 cals a day sometimes because I can’t eat anymore, I have access to the food but I just don’t want to eat it

Should I take something to increase my appetite? I know I’m stunting my growth by eating this steep in a deficit but I don’t know how to fix it except I know Mk gives a crazy appetite boost but has other side effects
