Sunlight increases bloodflow in the face its not the tanning

I would lay in the sun but it would nuke my skin barrier i need like a drug alternative

Anyways take lycopene and astaxanthin as @ey88 said because they are both carotenoids and they increase blood flow and pigment your skin.
