Hey everyone, this is my first post and the reason my account exists tbh.

I’m 20, 6’5 and about 177lbs, I am currently working out and I’ve started a 6 day split of push, pull, Sharms, push, pull & legs. My main goal is to ascend my physique and increase my frame, honestly sometimes I look in the mirror for hours at night fixated on my clavs as the left one is longer and more appealing where as the right isn’t. I’ve always had medium clavs but I just want to brutally ascend them.

Which leads to my question, how can I increase my clavicles/frame? I want both normal and natural ways such as gymmaxxing certain muscles, but also I want any dark / deep cut ways of also achieving this. At this stage I’m willing to blast away for those capped delts and clav length.

All you need is 3 hard days of 110% effort in the gym with progressive overload rather then 6 half ass days

Could you elaborate on this? I’m running the split primarily to pack on as much beginner size, once I hit that 200lbs mark I’ll probably resort to that.

dont train abs and literally annihilate ur shoulders, side delts can take HELLLAAA volume so js abuse your shoulders, dont train abs obviously for the waist to shoulder ratio, gives an illusion of a bigger frame which u said u wanted

I forgot to mention but fortunately I have a good waist, roughly a 28 waist.

Thanks, could you elaborate more on the amount of load lateral delts can take? During my workout today I did three sets with my third being on fire.
you can probably train shoulders three times a week, but I'd go high intensity low volume for better muscle growth

I train my front and lateral delts on push, rears on pull and all three on arm days and maybe legs. Would that suffice?

well i mean Increasing the size of your clavicles is impossible at the age of 20 since that is determined when you were born. All you can do is work out your side delts and maintain a small waistline to achieve a broader appearance. Your posture will play a role too.
