Got cheated on with someone much taller. Wondering how I can increase my height at 18 years old almost 19 from 5'11 to 6'3. Willing to do anything atp

Youre growth plates are most lilely almost closed you cant do much bro

You can't do anything most likely because your growth plates are fused. (Or are very very close to fusing, like 2 weeks or so)
