Since fat-free mass + fat mass = total body mass ;
Therefore the same FM doesn't equal the same BF% among people with different FFM ( X amount of fat mass doesn't look the same on a twink and bbuilder ).
Paired with the fact that most people feel frail when are <10%BF,
Wouldn't losing muscle actually be preferable if your ultimate goal is to have as little face fat as possible without feeling the consuquences of being too lean?
