Are there any surgeries that increase lower third height and lengthen the ramus? Preferably bone osteotomy rather than plastic implants being shoved into my face.

I asked the same question few weeks ago, most say that - chewing and keeping your teeth together help decrease your gonial angle and eventually elongate your ramus, thus increasing the length of your mandible's body.

I think there is osteogenesis that can do it, but you need that for functional reasons. Just get an implant if you have no functional problems

Yeah, I have no bite issues besides maybe slight overjet and a deepish bite. Might be best to just get a sliding genioplasty (vertical adjustment) with a mandibular implant on the side for ramus. I just have read online that implants can cause infections and aren’t really ideal. Also it’s like masking the problem, you aren’t really fixing it.

Would be cool, but since I have absolutely zero bite issues they would probably have to move my upper jaw down as well to make the teeth meet. So I doubt any surgeons would do it for me. IS there a way to convince a surgeon to do it?

Chin wings seem super dangerous and they also aren't preformed by many surgeons near me. Sadly there is also not a lot of information online about chin wings so I'm apprehensive about getting one.

Keeping your teeth together in long term is gonna wear your teeth down
