  • Take hot and cold showers
  • Wear sunscreen

The important part is that you get adequate vitamin D which sunmaxxing does. You can get vit D from foods so it shouldn't be a problem if you consume the right foods.

Also 7 hours of sleep is good if you feel refreshed afterwards, If not sleep more.
